integration, which makes the size of IGBT radiator need to strictly control. It introduced the design of a PIN-FIN water-cooled radiator, and
analyzed the 3D flow field and temperature field of the radiator by ICEPAK. The simulation results show that the PIN-FIN radiator not only
can satisfy the IGBT cooling demand, but also greatly reduces the size of radiator. |
