CFTR氯通道调控小鼠内毒素血症血小板活化及炎症因子生成
目的囊性纤维化跨膜转导调节因子(CFTR)氯通道参与血小板活化的调控。本研究探讨CFTR氯通道对脂多糖(LPS)引起的内毒素血症过程中血小板活化、血小板数目及血小板介导炎症因子生成的影响。方法应用8~12周龄CFTR全基因敲除(<italic>Cftr<sup>-/-</sup></italic>)小鼠及野生型(<italic>Cftr</italic><sup>+/+</sup>)小鼠,制备股静脉注射LPS诱导内毒素血症模型。分离小鼠外周血的血小板,采用免疫印迹法检测TLR4蛋白的表达,采用实时定...
