It highlights important motivational factors such as rewards, career opportunities, leadership style, teamwork culture, hierarchy, and other organisational measures. Based on the literature review and the SCARF motivational framework, the paper provides recommendations for improving the motivation system of the Lithuanian Armed Forces. |
