Drawing from existing literature and critical analysis, the research has underscored the role of Pentecostal leadership and churches in shaping the hearts and minds of young people, preparing them to fulfill the Missio-Dei in diverse cultural contexts. The article concludes with practical recommendations and insights, providing a scholarly contribution to the field and offering guidance for Pentecostal leaders and churches seeking to effectively impact the upcoming generation to possess the nations.
