圈养条件下不同年龄孟加拉白虎的肠道菌群研究
在圈养条件下，为了探知孟加拉白虎（Panthera tigris tigris）的肠道菌群结构以及不同年龄孟加拉白虎的肠道菌群差异，对亚成年和成年孟加拉白虎的粪便菌群进行高通量测序分析。结果表明：在2组白虎的肠道菌群中，放线菌门（Actinobacteria）和厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）最为优势，比例达80%以上；柯林斯菌属（Collinsella）比例最高，平均含量为438%，梭杆菌属（Fusobacterium）、布劳特氏菌属（Blautia）和瘤胃球菌类群（Ruminococcus gnavus group）所占比例约22%；组间物种差异分析显示，成年组的梭杆菌门（Fusobac...
