description On the basis of experimental data pertaining to the effect of pulse electric and magnetic fields in the form of a semi-sinusoid of a primary linear source linear dependences of maximum magnetic field strength of a secondary source are ascertained on the surface of electric conducting materials according to their thickness. In the case of a maximum thickness these dependences pass to exponential ones (unity minus an exponential curve).The dependences of the cited thickness on a pulse increase time and a reflection factor in the magnetic field on a material thickness have been determined in the paper. Notions are introduced and indices of the cited reflection factor and the cited thickness material are calculated in the paper.
