| Summary: | Based upon the present collection of films dealing with the recent Chilean past and administered by institutions focused on cultural heritage (such as the Cineteca Nacional), this article analyzes the mutations of the statements associated with their conservation in regard to the networks and transnational dimension initiatives that ensured their rescue in the 70s. Through some examples, we will observe the different political positions that mobilize the protection of this patrimony, today mingled with presentism and heritage inflation. |
