Summary:In this study, different amounts of vitamin E administrated subcutaneously to 24 wistar albino male rats in three groups and control. Heart, liver, tongue, kidney and testis tissues of rats were examined by light microscope.<p> Any significant differences couldn't be found in tissues of 0.6 mg/rat vit. E administrated rats and control. Lymphocyte infiltration were seen in kidney in both cortex and medulla of 0.12 mg/rat vit. E. administrated rats. A lot of ma st cells in connective tissue of tongue samples anda lot of epithelial cells among spermatozoa in ductus epididimis of testis were fo und in group fe d without vit. E.
