description It presented an optimal design method of LLC resonant converter circuit for metro vehicle auxiliary converter. Based on the design criteria as minimum LLC circuit loss and the full-load range of ZVS, a solution idea and design scheme were given aiming to the factors such as IGBT junction capacitance changing with load and temperature, and uncontrollable dead time accuracy in the engineering application, and then a test prototype was researched and manufactured. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and practicability of the design.
