description As part of the experimental assessment of the stress-strain state of pipeline elements at the NPP using devices based on the magnetoanisotropic method, the criteria for the parameters of the main mechanical stress difference characterizing the increased probability of erosion and corrosion wear were obtained. It is determined that the high level of the main mechanical stress difference values in combination with the results of processing measurements on the parameters of the first derivative and the gradient of the main mechanical stress difference, depending on the scanning step in the grid nodes, are additional criteria for detecting a potentially dangerous area of erosion and corrosion wear.
