| description | This paper summarized the nursing management in the surgical treatment of transposition of the left common carotid artery to left subclavian artery in 85 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection. Key Points of nursing included preoperative evaluation of non-complex and complex Stanford type B aortic dissection, pain control and target blood pressure management and prevention of rupture and reverse tearing; enhancing the blood pressure monitoring; observation of surgical incisions and prevention of respiratory arrest; enhancing the postoperative anticoagulation to prevent the thrombosis or coagulation disorders; observation on vital signs and chief complaint and prevention of postoperative complication. (本文总结85例累及锁骨下动脉的Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者行左颈总动脉-左锁骨下动脉转流术的护理经验。护理要点包括: 术前评估识别非复杂和复杂性Stanford B型主动脉夹层, 做好控制疼痛和目标血压管理, 防止累及锁骨下动脉的Stanford B型主动脉夹层的破裂或者逆撕; 术后做好血压监测, 避免转流手术失败; 关注患者颈部切口, 预防呼吸骤停; 完善术后抗凝管理, 预防血栓形成或凝血功能障碍; 关注患者相关生命体征和主诉, 预防截瘫、逆撕等并发症。) |
