Although the regulations that directly set out records procedures are easily accessible in literature, the administrative or fiscal statues that direct public life have not been sufficiently examined considering the influence or effect of information and records procedures. In this context, the study intends to evaluate the application of printed and electronic communication and information management in public law. |
