饱水状态下PFCB-钢筋桁架楼承板施工阶段力学性能研究
本文提出了一种新型的免拆模钢筋桁架楼承板(PFCB-钢筋桁架楼承板),是由钢筋桁架和纤维水泥板底模板(permanent fiber cement bottom form)用自攻螺钉和连接件预制连接而成整体的装配式楼承板。为研究PFCB-钢筋桁架楼承板施工阶段的受力性能,并考虑施工时混凝土砂浆中水分或降水天气对纤维水泥板底模的影响,对PFCB-钢筋桁架楼承板进行了饱水状态下承压能力试验。采用有限元软件模拟对楼承板结构进行了参数化分析,得到了楼承板极限承载力与刚度变化规律,发现PFCB-钢筋桁架楼承板在均布设计组合荷载以及集中荷载下性能良好,3 600 mm跨度的试件在极限荷载下挠度控制在6 m...
