This paper also analyzes the change of regional development, the research of technology innovation, the deficiencies in unfunded programs, etc.. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the tender writing, which is expected to provide the application references for clinical and scientific research workers of traditional Chinese orthopedics to apply for National Natural Science Foudation of China. |
