Description
Summary:Aimed to the fact that electrical components of plug-in hybrid system are so numerous that monitoring software can’t be used generally, it proposed a development method for general monitoring system based on CCP protocol. The system consists of monitoring software, CAN device and hardware drivers. With the interaction mechanism of CCP communication protocols between controllers and monitoring software, data collection and online calibration function of each network node at the same subnet can be achieved by single monitoring software. Practical test results show that the system supports fixed cycle one-way transmission of a large amount of data and has high reliability, and is suitable for monitoring working state and performance parameters and functional test of electrical components in vehicles during initial stage of debugging.
