Summary:The Changing of revolution industry become industry 4.0 places artificial intelligence and the internet of things are becoming foothold main in the process of digitalization for the perpetrators industry throughout sector especially sector finance social sharia especially in organizations Zakat Manager (OPZ). OPZ holds very important role in collection and distribution of zakat funds for help to eradicate poverty. However, in maximize zakat potential, OPZ needs to ensure his readiness digitally. OPZ must own adequate capabilities and infrastructure in utilise digital technology for increase effectiveness zakat fund collection. The purpose of this research is to analyze level digital readiness of the organization zakat management in Central Java in optimizing of zakat fundraising. This research use method mixture, namely approach quantitative with do calculation Multi-Stage Weighted Index Calculation and approach qualitative with rating scale as method evaluation performance to in a number of group scale. Research This consists of from Digital Zakat dimensions and four variables consisting of from Digital infrastructure, use digital applications, Ecosystem digital culture, and Human resource digital capabilities. Research sample consists of from ten organization Central Java zakat institutions. This research finds that Measurement at 10 Baznas in Central Java show that OPZ is at the Technology Development Readiness Level with a good category and an average value of 0.619. However, if assessed in terms of category, some OPZ have good values with a B2 rating and some are quite good with a B1 rating.
