Summary:Based on the analysis of the kinematic characteristics of the six-link double-crank slider mechanism of the stamping machine,the structural parameters analysis and optimization design of the six-link double-crank slider mechanism are carried out. Firstly,the kinematics of the six-link double-crank slider mechanism is deduced,and the function expression of each structural parameter is obtained. Secondly,based on the proposed optimization design mathematical model and MATLAB software,the optimization design,kinematics simulation analysis and kinematic characteristics of the six-link double crank slider mechanism are carried out. The results show that the optimization design of the six-link double-crank slider mechanism is of great significance to improve the kinematic characteristics of the stamping machine.
