| description | Objective To investigate the effect of stone needle hot pressing with Traditional Chinese Medicine on constipation, diarrhea and abdominal distension in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Totally 60 cases of diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given the routine treatment, which included health education, routine treatment and nursing. The observation group was additionally given the stone needle hot pressing technology. The defecation and fecal condition, the number of defecation and the score of abdominal distension relief were observed and compared respectively before treatment, first day, third day and fifth day after treatment. Results The symptom score was significantly improved in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The stone needle hot pressing technique can effectively relieve constipation, diarrhea and abdominal distension in patients with diabetes mellitus (目的 观察砭石中药热熨敷技术干预糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者便秘、腹泻、腹胀症状的效果。方法 60例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为对照组和观察组, 各30例。对照组接受常规治疗, 观察组在对照组基础上采用砭石中药热熨敷技术进行干预。2组患者均给予常规健康宣教和护理。观察2组患者治疗前、治疗后第1天、3天、5天的症状评分变化, 进行效果评价。结果 与对照组比较, 观察组患者症状评分改善明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 砭石中药热熨敷技术能有效改善糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者便秘、腹泻、腹胀症状。) |
