<p><strong><em>Pachyseius</em></strong><strong> <em>masanisimilis </em>(Mesostigmata: Eviphidoidea: Pachylaelapidae), a new edaphic mite from Iran</strong></p>

Pachyseius masanisimilis n. sp. is described based on female specimens collected from soil, leaf litter and humus of fruit trees in highland areas of north part of Tehran Province of Iran.
