逆转录病毒介导的vIL-10 表达对小鼠MLC和心脏移植存活期的影响
【目的】探讨逆转录病毒介导的病毒白介素10(vIL-10)基因表达对小鼠混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC)反应和心脏移植 存活期的影响。【方法】将vIL-10 cDNA 克隆到逆转录病毒载体pLXSN, 取vIL-10 重组逆转录病毒上清加入BABL/ c 和CBA/ J 混合淋巴细胞中培养, 液闪测量。在新生CBA/ J 小鼠心脏移植时, 将vIL-10 上清10 μL(1 000 pfu)注入移植心脏内, 观察其对心 脏移植存活期的影响。【结果】vIL-10 抑制小鼠混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR), 其抑制效应随vIL-10 病毒上清的增加而增加, 逆转 导病毒介导的vIL-10 表达使小鼠心...
