description | To solve the problem that high data rate transmission will cause extremely energy consumption of users,a maximum energy efficiency(EE)strategy,based on the cognitive cellular network model,was proposed by utilizing the cognitive resources and concurrent transmission.According to the characteristics that the multimode user equipment can connect with heterogeneous networks simultaneously,the proposed strategy,establishes the EE model and obtains the algorithm for selecting the cognitive resources and distributing the data rate by analyzing the relationship among the channel state information of available networks,energy consumption and data rate.Simulation results show that the proposed strategy can increase the EE of MUE efficiently |
