Improvement of the management system recruitment process in terms of digitalization of the economy
The article deals with topical issues of recruitment of large and medium-sized companies, as well as issues related to the process of adaptation of personnel in the new environment. In this article, the authors will try to consider modern methods of recruitment and selection of personnel.
