| Summary: | Supplier evaluation is significant for enterprise’s development． Nevertheless，as different enterprises
have various restrictions such as target，technology，management and so on． Firstly，in accordance with the need of
enterprises according to their actual need，the paper put forward a supplier evaluation index system which uses four
dimensions of products，organization，information，environment to judge the case of supplier evaluation． And then
set up a model which uses the evidential reasoning approach to address the practical issues． Finally，verify the
evaluation model’s validity and rationality through the numerical example application of an enterprise． |
