小儿多发性抽动综合征(附4例报告)
多发性抽动综合征又称Tourette综合征或多发性抽动秽语综合征。本征的主要临床特点为多发性抽动,不自主发音,猥亵语言及模仿语言。本征在国内尚少报告。由于本征常在小儿时期发病,且临床上常易误诊为其他疾病,因而延误治疗。我科小儿神经专业门诊在最近2年内共诊治本征4例。为引起临床注意,现报告于下。...
