Summary:A owl was brought to the Kırıkkale University Faculty of Veterinary Clinics with the complaint of injury. On examination, a great number of larvae were on the right wing. Collected larvae were identified according to their morphological characteristics. Upon microscopic examination, these larvae were detected as the second and third stage larvae of Lucilia sericata.
