Description
Summary:In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, education is a big challenge this century. If we don't change the way we teach, the next 30 years we will experience great difficulties. Education and learning that are conditional on the content of knowledge, leaving aside the content of attitudes and skills as being implemented, will result in students who are unable to compete with machines. The dominance of knowledge in education and learning must be changed so that in the future children will be able to surpass machine intelligence. The role of teacher is not only as an educator, but also as a facilitator, and potential student digger. Professional teachers are needed who are able to take advantage of the information technology era. Teachers must be able to use it to improve the quality of teaching. This is in order to prepare superior human resources with global competence or 21st century skills.
