Summary: | Objective:To explore the efficacy of the neural function reconstruction of treatment systems for active and passive motor function rehabilitation of acute cerebral infarction patients, applying functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) based on the principle of blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD-fMRI).Methods:The twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were recruited and randomly divided into active and passive groups according to method of random sampling, the two groups received routine drug therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. In addition, the active group received nerve function reconstruction of treatment system of active model to guide the limb motor, the passive group received nerve function reconstruction of treatment system to passive model to guide the limb motor, both groups would do BOLD-fMRI examination before and after two weeks treatment to obtain the corresponding parts of the activated brain regions. Simultaneously, daily life activities ability scale (ADL) score were evaluated. Results:The volume of brain activated regions and ADL scores inpatients with active and passive groups after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05), there was significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:BOLD-fMRI can be used for assessment of curative effect in early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and provide a certain instruction value for clinical treatment. |
