福氏志贺氏菌与蛔虫混合感染引起的池鹭死亡病例诊断
2018年5月，有市民在西山区滇池边发现1只死亡池鹭，送于云南农业大学，为明确其死因进行剖检。无菌采集其肠道内容物进行细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、16S rDNA 扩增片段同源性分析，确定致病细菌和其亲缘关系；剖检发现其肠道内有寄生虫，提取虫体DNA进行PCR扩增确定寄生虫类型。结果显示，分离到的致病菌为福氏志贺氏菌，命名为YNCL2018，寄生虫鉴定为蛔虫。诊断该池鹭为福氏志贺氏菌与蛔虫混合感染致死。...
