| Summary: | Introduction: Ethical principles are one of the important success factors of any society according to the culture of the society. The present article was compiled with the aim of analyzing the components of organizational ethics based on Nahjul-Balagha in the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education.
Materials & Methods: The research utilized both qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzing documents and themes using MAXQDA12 software. The quantitative part used the Dimetal technique to identify influence and key factors. The study included experts in educational and cultural management, senior officials from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, with 21 experts participating in paired comparisons and 14 in interviews. The statistical population included 21 experts in paired comparisons and 14 participants in interviews.
Results: After conducting 14 semi-structured interviews, theoretical saturation was made. Finally, the basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were extracted; 6 dimensions (overarching themes), 21 components (organizing themes), and 82 indicators (basic themes) were extracted for organizational ethics based on Nahjul-Balagha, and in the quantitative part, 3 influential dimensions and 3 impressionable dimensions were extracted.
Conclusion: The qualitative study identified dimensions such as managerial ethics, ethical context, behavioral context, work ethics, financial context, and belief and value context as crucial to experts. The quantitative study determined that behavioral, financial, belief and value context, ethical context, management ethics, and work ethics were most influential. |
