肾移植后假性肾动脉瘤 2 例的诊治及文献综述
【目的】探讨肾移植后假性肾动脉瘤的诊断与治疗。【方法】结合文献和本院最近出现的 2 例肾移植后假性肾动脉瘤, 对本病的 影像学诊断和临床治疗方法作初步研究。【结果】本病临床表现不典型,常导致移植肾功能减退。本院 2 例假性动脉瘤在术前获明确诊断, 1 例通过彩色多普勒超声确认,另 1 例通过磁共振血管成像(M RA)确诊。2 例均行移植肾+动脉瘤切除术。【结论】彩色多普勒超声是肾移植 术后病人常规监测手段, MRA 对本病的诊断较具价值。移植肾切除术是主要治疗方法。...
