This paper presents an experimental, activity-clinic intervention used to encourage dialogical debates about work dilemmas. The conclusion emphasizes the proposition that these discussions can be reinstated on the condition that managers and employee representatives transform their own established activities and the CHSCT transforms its own mode of operation by getting involved in professional controversies. |
