PCR技术在B细胞淋巴瘤诊断中的应用
应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术从ＤＮＡ水平测定Ｂ细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的单克隆起源，以用于淋巴瘤的诊断。４０例标本检测的阳性结果为；Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤１３／１５例，Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤０／３例，霍奇金病０／３例，慢性淋巴结炎０／８例，非淋巴源性肿瘤０／１１。与组织学及免疫组化诊断符合率为８７％。本研究在把分子生物学的新方法用于Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤的临床诊断方面作出初步的探索。...
