PI3-K与活动性狼疮肾炎Th2 细胞因子的关系
【目的】了解磷脂酰肌醇三激酶(PI3-K)在活动性狼疮肾炎患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达, 并探讨其与Th2 细 胞因子的关系。【方法】利用免疫沉淀、免疫印迹和RT-PCR 技术检测12 例正常人和14 例活动性狼疮肾炎患者外周血单个 核细胞PI3-K 磷酸化产物、IL-6 mRNA 和IL-10 m RNA 表达, 观察PI 3-K 特异性抑制剂PY294002 对活动性狼疮肾炎患者外 周血单个核细胞IL-6 m RNA 和IL-10 m RNA 表达的影响。【结果】自发培养时活动性狼疮肾炎组外周血单个核细胞PI3-K 磷酸化产物明显高于健康对照(1.14±0.23 vs 0.46±0...
