Summary:Traditional diesel-powered trawling vessel has the disadvantages such as large fluctuation of working load, high fuel consumption at low load, serious pollution and poor dynamic characteristics. It presented a topological structure and the control strategy for the electric propulsion system of ocean single-trawling vessel. The proposed system solves the problem of low efficiency and high emission operation of ocean-going fishing vessel under long-term low load and high power fluctuation. Based on the structural design of fishing vessel electric propulsion system, a dual armature and single propeller propulsion system topology was designed, and an optimal control strategy under single armature and double armature operation was adopted according to the load variation law to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of fishing vessel. The actual ship validation proves that the optimized control strategy of fishing vessel can reduce the comprehensive fuel consumption rate by about 5%.
