Description
Summary:Beyond the mere (re)definition of products and manufacturing processes, innovation is now invested with issues of employee mobilisation, giving it a managerial dimension. It is no longer called upon solely for its productive perspectives, but becomes a watchword that is supposed to permeate the entire organisation. At the same time, the definitional struggles in the political field and public action with regard to innovation occupy a prominent position in this social phenomenon. From then on, innovation appears in this corpus as a social fact that articulates political, managerial and professional dimensions.
