Summary:The study analyzes impacts on biologically active points while carrying out Foll's method of electropunctural diagnostics, resonance and medication testing. It is shown, that microcurrent and external static electric charge impact on biologically active points leads to the emergence of neurons' action potential and the emergence of displacement current inside neurons' cell membrane.
