Summary:Immunoglobulin G4-related disease of the ocular adnexa is a systemic fibroinflammatory process of unknown etiology characterized by tissue infiltration by Immunoglobulin G4 plasma cells. In this case report, we present a case of Immunoglobulin G4-related disease involving extraocular muscles and lacrimal gland in a young female with initial and follow-up magnetic resonance imaging findings.
