| Summary: | In order to solve the problem of large deformation under the condition of “strong support and dense support” of the surrounding rock of deep wells, the influence of the support resistance on the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock was studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the large deformation flexible anchor cable support technology was proposed for field application. The results of the study show that the combined beam formed by anchor cable anchoring reduces the deflection of rock strata and the stress in rocks; there are differences in the force on the anchor cables in different areas of the roadway roof, and the axial force generated by the tension on the anchor cables located in the middle of the roadway roof is greater than the axial force generated by the tension on the anchor cables located in the side section of the roadway roof; increasing the support resistance can reduce the area of the tensile stress zone of the shallow surrounding rock of the roadway roof, improve the stress state of the surrounding rock of the roadway roof, and increase the stability of the roadway roof, but when the number of anchor cables is increased to a certain degree, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is no longer significantly reduced, and the control effect is limited, and the increase of the support resistance will not significantly reduce the force of each anchor cable; on the basis of ensuring the support resistance, the anchor cable still needs to have the ability to actively adapt to the continuous deformation of the surrounding rock to avoid breakage during the service period of the roadway; large deformation flexible anchor cable can withstand large impact energy, elongation rate of more than 10%. The results of engineering practice show that the roof support of the roadway was carried out by using large-deformation flexible anchor cables, during the tunneling period, the maximum approach of the roof and floor of the roadway was 145.9 mm, and the deformation rate was stable after 90 days; during the mining period, the deformation was intense within 30 meters in front of the working face; when the monitoring point was 3 meters away from the working face, the approach of the roof and floor was 332.7 mm; during the entire service cycle, the total deformation of the surrounding rock of the roof and floor is approximately 478.4 mm; the maximum extension of the free section of the large deformation flexible anchor cable is approximately 550 mm. It will not break due to reaching the extension limit and meets the requirements of safe use and achieves the stability control of the roadway roof. |
