description Cardiac myxoma is considered the most common primary cardiac tumor and has been reported to cause different neurological complications through distinctive mechanisms, including pseudovasculitis. Herein, we present and review a case of a young male with a previous history of ischemic stroke who presented with multiple territorial ischemic insults in the presence of a presumed diagnosis of vasculitis. Once further workup was done, he was found to have a left atrial myxoma.
