INNOVATIVE INSTRUMENT-CLUSTER MODEL IN AN OLD INDUSTRIAL REGION
In this paper problems of technological level in native instrument making field increasing are shown. Cluster organization as one of the most effective ways of solving this problem is considered. The special attention is paid on the specific of cluster creation in terms of producing Russian region.
