Summary:Isolated gastric tuberculosis, without evidence of pulmonary or other gastrointestinal involvement, is extremely rare. Due to inaccurate clinical diagnoses, most patients end up requiring surgical intervention,only after which is gastric tuberculosis diagnosed. we present a case where this dilemma between tuberculosis and malignancy costed the patient half of his stomach.
