镍、硒对Epstien-Barr病毒抗原表达的效应
本文应用间接免疫荧光技术,研究微量元素镍和硒在试管内对Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)多种抗原表达的影响及其相互关系。结果表明,1~20ug/ml NiSO4·6H2O与无细胞毒性的Na2SeO3.(≤0,5ug/ml)对EBV多种抗原的表达呈现促进和抑制两种完全相反的生物学效应,但在相同的浓度和时间作下,Ni显示出增加B95-8细胞壳抗原(VCA)而降低P3HR-Ⅰ细胞VCA的两种相反作用、此外Se对EBV抗原的抑制较Ni的促进作用强烈而持久,同时Se对致癌物Ni和巴豆油,正丁酸诱导的EBV抗原表达均有明显的拮抗作用。...
