岭南火针通过调控Hippo-YAP信号通路抑制白癜风模型小鼠黑素细胞凋亡
目的基于Hippo-YAP信号通路探讨岭南火针对氢醌诱导的氧化应激后白癜风模型的影响。方法将C57BL/6 小鼠随机分为空白对照组(Control)、模型对照组(HQ)、HQ+卤米松组 (Halometasone)、HQ+岭南火针组(FA),每组8只。采用氢醌(HQ)建立白癜风模型。通过脱色评分、HE 染色、Masson-Fontana法观察皮肤病理学改变;ELISA 法检测各组血浆酪氨酸酶(TYR)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性;Western-blot检测皮肤组织YAP1、TP73蛋白表达量;PCR法检测<italic>Yap1、Tp73</ital...
