Description
Summary:Since artificial intelligence is widely used in various fields. There are questions that arise through dealing with this system and how the legislation absorbs the responsibility problems from it through the use of these delicate and complex techniques. The problem of liability appears in the civil law at the beginning, which is the subject of our research. We discuss the reason why the legislator did not intervene by approving legislation related to regulating liability from it. Note that solutions to many problems have been reached through the use of this technique, so that a person could not reach the knowledge of the reason and lacks any experience with it, and judge the validity of the results and solutions and confirm his decisions. However, a problem arises about the law's dealings with it, especially the civil law, especially about the damages from this technology and how to compensate it.
