鼠李糖乳杆菌对老年小鼠术后海马区小胶质细胞激活及Tau蛋白磷酸化的影响
目的探讨术前益生菌鼠李糖乳杆菌（LGG）灌胃对麻醉手术老年小鼠海马区小胶质细胞及Tau磷酸化的影响。方法18月龄C57BL/6J小鼠30只随机分为3组，10只/组：对照组，麻醉手术组，麻醉手术+鼠李糖乳杆菌组。生理盐水/LGG 10<sup>9</sup> CFU 150 μL灌胃，每日 1 次，连续20 d后接受异氟醚麻醉+剖腹探查手术，术后12 h免疫荧光染色检测海马区小胶质细胞激活状态，ELISA 检测IL-6的浓度变化，Western blot 检测Tau蛋白磷酸化位点Tau-pS202/pT205和total Tau蛋白表达变化。结果对照组海马区小胶质细胞呈静...
