关于额叶与人类言语功能的关系,仅在近50年来人们才有了进一步地了解。Dritchley(1930)和Cushimg(1938)先后报告了额叶内侧面血管性病变和肿瘤患者的语言障碍。1973年Luria提出“左侧额叶(主侧)的外侧部病变与言语活动的结构破坏和特别是依赖言语参与调节的那些行为动作的结构破坏密切有关。”但未提及额叶底内侧部与言语功能的关系。...
