Description
Summary:For a long time, tourism and water sports have independently played a part in the territorial development of inland and coastal regions. Progressively, the institutional, functional, and commercial merger of the two activities has given birth to “water sports tourism” that contributes to the development of those territories. This paper aims to examine how the synergy between these two sectors has led to the creation of tourism products that highly galvanize and enhance territorial attractiveness.
