Special attention is focused on the real role of the educational models implemented by public institutions in a consistent evolution of the professional identity of certain categories of managerial elite. A separate area is targeted to demonstrate the continuity of identification with Soviet and Russian ruling class, which is based not only on the consecutive career path, but also the mental broadcast of value stereotypes. |
