description Based on full-power converter system of wind power, it studied the electrical & thermal performances of power assembly, elaborated the application of ripple current calculation of the system and presented IGBT junction temperature prediction simulation in power assembly and wind power system. Furthermore, it analyzed the influence of stray impedance distribution in three-phase unbalanced system on ripple current, which contributes to the design of power assembly.
