Summary:In order to predict the temperature of the dry dual clutch system and avoid it exceeding safety margin. An temperature calculation model which is suitable for real time controller is developed. A thermodynamic analysis on the simplified model of the clutch system is carried out by employing lumped parameters method. Then a discrete mathematical model of temperature calculation is built. According to the mathematical model,temperature of each node could be calculated. The comparison results show that the model has the high accuracy and satisfies the requirement of engineering calculation,it can provide required data for the control system based on the temperature.
